Products Description

This metal mesh enables load separation, air circulation, and component protection. Used in shelves, drawer slides, air ducts, evaporators, and condensers. It balances load bearing, ventilation, and corrosion resistance, operates from -40°C to 65°C, and meets food safety standards. A single mesh weighs 20% less than plastic parts yet carries 50% more load.

Complete process flow

1.Substrate pretreatment – Wire drawing (±0.05mm), annealing (750‑800°C), pickling (15% HCl) → Ra≤1.6μm.

2.Welding forming – CNC spot welding: spacing 5‑10mm, current 8‑12kA, time 0.03‑0.05s, flatness ≤0.3mm/m.

3.Weaving forming – Plain/twill weave, speed 15‑20m/min, misalignment ≤1%, then shaping (180‑220°C, 3‑5min).

4.Basic anti‑corrosion – Hot‑dip galvanizing, zinc layer 80‑100μm, adhesion ≥60N/cm.

5.Advanced anti‑corrosion – Galvanizing + electrostatic spraying (food‑grade epoxy, 60‑80μm, cure 180‑200°C, GB 4806.10‑2022).

6.High‑end anti‑corrosion – Nano‑ceramic coating, 10‑15μm, water contact angle ≥110°, hydrophobic & oil‑resistant.

7.Finishing & inspection – Laser trim burrs ≤0.05mm; CNC punch holes (±0.1mm); inspect 12 indicators (appearance, size, performance). Pass rate ≥99.5%.
