2. Core process characteristics
- Precision molding process: using fully automatic spot welding robot welding, the welding point spacing is controlled at 5-8mm, the welding point diameter is ≤2mm, the mesh flatness error is ≤0.5mm/m, and the structural stability is 40% higher than traditional manual welding; the woven mesh adopts plain/twill precision weaving, with a mesh uniformity of more than 98% and better breathability.
- Advanced surface treatment: Prioritize the dual treatment of "hot-dip galvanizing + electrostatic spraying". The thickness of the zinc layer is ≥85μm. The spraying layer uses food contact grade epoxy resin powder. The adhesion reaches level 0 (cross-hatch test) and the salt spray resistance test is ≥500 hours. High-end models can choose nano-ceramic coating, which is oil-resistant and easy to wipe. The cleaning efficiency is increased by 60%.
- Detailed precision control: The edges adopt internal curling or laser trimming process, without burrs (burr height ≤0.1mm) to avoid scratching the inner tank and the user; the installation hole position tolerance is controlled at ±0.2mm to ensure precise docking with buckles/guide rails, easy disassembly and assembly, and no deformation after repeated use.

- Core base material: Mainly 304 stainless steel wire (nickel content ≥8%), with tensile strength ≥520MPa, elongation ≥40%, excellent low-temperature corrosion resistance, and suitable for long-term low-temperature environments in the freezer; the second choice is 201 stainless steel wire (nickel content 4-6%), which has moderate cost and is suitable for non-extreme environments in the refrigerator room.
- Auxiliary coatings: hot-dip galvanized layer (zinc purity ≥99.9%), food contact grade electrostatic spray layer (thickness 60-80μm), nano ceramic coating (thickness 10-15μm), all comply with RoHS and food contact safety standards.
