1.Precision molding – Automatic spot welding: spacing 5‑8mm, weld point ≤2mm, flatness ≤0.5mm/m, 40% stronger than manual welding. Woven mesh: plain/twill, uniformity ≥98%.
2.Advanced surface treatment – Hot‑dip galvanizing (zinc ≥85μm) + food‑grade epoxy spraying (adhesion level 0, salt spray ≥500h). High‑end models: nano‑ceramic coating, oil‑resistant, 60% easier cleaning.
3.Precision control – Rolled or laser‑trimmed edges (burr ≤0.1mm). Mounting hole tolerance ±0.2mm for exact fit, easy assembly, no deformation after repeated use.
